Polycarts Purchased, But Priorities Unclear

(SUNfoto by Antonio Sierra) A polycart sits broken because it is incompatible with North Central Solid Waste Authority trucks. While Española Interim City Manager Joe Duran and Authority Manager Gino Romero initially couldn’t agree on how many polycarts the city is ordering, both said that priority will go to customers with damaged polycarts when a new shipment arrives in four to five weeks.
