The following defendants were indicted by a Rio Arriba grand jury between July 16 and 23:
• Shannon Montoya, 28, of Santa Fe, for aggravated burglary, robbery and larceny.
Montoya allegedly burglarized the car of Peyton Baldridge March 27, battered him and robbed him of cash, a purse and other items valued at between $500 and $2,500.
• Shamus Lee Woods, 33, of San Diego, Calif., for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Woods allegedly stabbed Altie Drashner with a knife June 23 during the Rainbow Family gathering in Santa Fe National Forest near Cuba.
• Shaun Martinez, 30, of Chimayó, for burglary; criminal damage to property; larceny; and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
Martinez allegedly burglarized the car of William Cabral April 9, caused over $1,000 worth of property damage, stole some tools and a Microsoft Zune (an iPod competitor) and resisted, evaded or obstructed an Española Police officer.
• Deven Martinez, 26, of Hernandez, for shoplifting and child abuse.
Martinez allegedly stole DVDs, makeup, shampoo, conditioner, reading glasses, bras and underwear from Wal-Mart May 12 and put a 1-year-old child in a dangerous situation.
• Eli Sanchez, 31, of Española, for possession of a controlled substance.
Sanchez allegedly possessed heroin May 9.
• Jerry Velarde, 36, of Velarde, for battery on a household member and aggravated battery on a household member.
Velarde allegedly committed battery and aggravated battery on a household member
June 4.
• Gilbert Martinez, 38, of Chimayó, for three counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property.
Martinez allegedly assaulted and battered Melinda Trujillo, Jose Olivas and Raelyne Martinez with a car March 15 and caused over $1,000 worth of damage to Olivas’ property.
• Miriam Rosenblum, 26, of Los Alamos, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Rosenblum allegedly possessed heroin and drug paraphernalia Jan. 12.
• Harry Martinez, 58, of Tierra Amarilla, for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Martinez allegedly drove drunk June 16 and with a suspended license.
• Charles Marsh, 34, of Española, for aggravated battery on a household member.
Marsh allegedly battered a household member May 31.
• Lawrence Barela, 46, of Chimayó, for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Barela allegedly assaulted and battered Zara Rashon-Depaula and assaulted Christine Fernandez with a knife May 29.
• James Martinez, 49, of Chimayó, for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Martinez allegedly battered Jose Olivas March 15.
• Jesus Marquez-Chacon, 21, of Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo, for selling or giving alcohol to minors.
Marquez-Chacon allegedly sold alcohol to minors Jan. 23.
• Alyssa Osegueda, 18, of Española, for armed robbery with a deadly weapon and conspiracy.
Oseguedo allegedly conspired with another unnamed individual to rob Pedro Trujillo April 22.
