(SUNfoto by Nathan J. Comp) Former Jemez Mountains Electric Cooperative employee Angela Madigan says she and other former Co-op employees were terminated by Co-op General Manager Wayne Sowell in a bid to deflect attention away from his alleged fiduciary negligence.
