Defense attorney Dan Marlowe tells jurors, Tuesday, that the case against his client, Nicholas Ortiz, is based on speculation and the questionable testimony of two witnesses, with a reason to lie. Ortiz will be on trial a second time for the 2011 triple killing of an El Rancho family. His first trial ended with a deadlocked jury.
