Stabber Sent to Mental Facility

Sahaj Khalsa, 33, one of Gomez's two victims, criticized state District Judge Sheri Raphaelson's finding that evidence supported two charges against Gomez of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, but not attempted murder.
