The Elkettes finished third with a Class AAA state-qualifying time of 53.42 seconds. The Elkettes also ran a state-qualifying time in the 1600-meter medley relay at the Jaguar Invitational. Española Valley High School (right) finished fifth in the 400-meter relay.
