Trash Authority Losing out on Revenue

David Trujillo said the onus should not be on someone at the County to generate a letter for County residents telling them it is their responsibility to sign up for trash removal services with the North Central Solid Waste Authority. Instead, it is the responsibility of the Authority to create their own paper trail so they can properly bill its customers.
