Trash Authority To MakeScofflaw’s Lives ‘Miserable’

(Courtesy Photo) The North Central Solid Waste Authority intends to take swift and aggressive action against those responsible for illegally depositing trash along County roads and highways. Authority Manager Gino Romero said the dumping has gotten out of control, creating a perception the Authority isn’t doing enough to crackdown on illegal dumpers. County Manager Tomas Campos said he hopes residents will help the County and Authority to identify those making a mess of the community.
