Martinez, D-Rio Arriba, Santa Fe, Los Alamos and Sandoval counties, introduced two bills that passed, which will take aim at reducing overdose deaths in New Mexico. Gov. Susana Martinez has until March 9 to sign them into law, or else they will be pocket-vetoed.
