Youth Center Prepares for Parade

The banner will be used to showcase this year’s Harvest Youth Parade, set for 4:30 p.m., Oct. 31, on the west side of Española. The entry fee to the parade is one canned or boxed non-perishable food item; all food donations will go to needy families in Española.
