The Española Valley Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual awards banquet Jan. 24 at the Big Rock Casino in Española.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. with a social hour. Entertainment will be provided by Mariachi Sol del Valle. Dinner and the awards ceremony will follow. A live band will conclude the festivities and play from 9 p.m. to midnight.
At the ceremony, awards will be given out for citizen of the year, non-profit organization of the year, business of the year and youth organization of the year, which are all nominated by Chamber members.
The banquet will raise money for the camber through the sale of corporate sponsorships, ranging from $500 to $100. Sponsors will be recognized at the banquet, on banquet advertisements and on the Chamber’s web site and newsletter.
Tickets cost $30 each.
