Louis W. Sattler,
64, a resident of Alcalde passed away on Monday, January 5, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Dorothy Sattler; wife, Lorraine Martinez-Sattler and son, Louie Sattler. Louis is survived by his daughter, April Sattler of Alcalde; brother, Jason Sattler and sister, Julie Card, both of Michigan; grandson, Estevan Sanchez; special niece, Tammy Ulibarri and grandnephew, Justin Ulibarri, all of Alcalde; numerous other relatives and friends. Cremation is being planned. A wake service took place on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home. Honorary pallbearers were Brandy Archuleta and Sammy Garcia. The family of Louis W. Sattler has placed their trust in DeVargas Funeral Home of the Espanola Valley.
