Honer Roll Due Nov. 5

    Schools have until Nov. 5 at 5 p.m. to submit their first-quarter honor roll lists for publication.

    Schools must follow these rules to have the lists published:

    • E-mailed lists are highly preferred — send them to rgsun@cybermesa.com. Mailed or hand-delivered lists must be typed in a plain black font on white paper.

    • List names in the following format: first name first, last name last (e.g. Jose Martinez). Omit commas.

    • Do NOT capitalize all the letters in a name.

    • Submit one honor roll list only, grouped by grade. Separate principal lists or “A” lists will not be published.

    • Do not include teachers’ names.

    • Do not fax the lists.

    • Do not include lines or boxes as in Excel spreadsheet form.

    • Spell names correctly. The names will be printed as submitted.

    If these rules are not followed, the lists will not be printed.

    Honor roll lists should be e-mailed to rgsun@cybermesa.com. If that is not possible, they should be mailed to P.O. Box 790, Española, N.M. 87532; or hand delivered to 123 N. Railroad Ave. in Española.

    Honor roll lists submitted after Nov. 5 will be referred to the advertising department.
