A Chama man died June 12 of an apparent heroin overdose, according to State Police.
Bryce Milligan, 29, was found unconscious and unresponsive the morning of June 12 at a Mundy Road house in Chama, State Police dispatch logs state. Capt. Daniel Lovato said there was evidence of drug use at the scene, and no foul play was suspected.
Milligan’s family did not return a call for comment.
