Wendy L. Pomeroy, of Santa Fe, has been hired as office manager at the Los Alamos National Laboratory Foundation. In this newly-created position, Pomeroy will help Chief Executive Officer Susan Herrera organize Board activities, manage programs and oversee operations.
Pomeroy will also oversee the Foundation’s First Born Program, a home-visiting program for first-time families in five counties.
Pomeroy was most recently a senior consultant at Fiscal Management Associates, a New York City, N.Y., company that helps non-profit organizations manage their finances. She has also worked for two banks, a community development fund and service and development organizations both in the United States and abroad.
