Brazel said he was only able to afford 50 gallons of propane, but Ferrellgas, where he typically buys fuel, insisted he buy at least 100 gallons before it would make a delivery. After Ferrellgas eventually agreed to deliver the propane, Brazel said he was charged 20 cents a gallon more than he was quoted over the phone.
