Police Blotter: Woman, Hair Stylist Nearly Come to Blows

Medical workers and the Rio Arriba County Sheriff’s Department were called to his Private Drive 1062 trailer at 12:35 p.m., by a woman who said he was not breathing. Lt. Marcos Armijo (in background) said no charges were filed against the man, who survived the incident.
