Police Blotter: Tenant/Landlord Dispute Covers Four Days

(SUNfoto by Bill Rodgers) Sharon Moya, center, was arrested Nov. 2 on North Riverside Drive after police found her sleeping in her car with the car running, according to a police report. Officers reported finding a baggie with several smaller baggies containing a white substance believed to be cocaine as well as a suspected crack pipe. Moya was arrested on charges of drug trafficking and driving while under the influence.
