Drunk Lawyer Jailed for Contempt

State District Court Judge Sheri Raphaelson sent attorney Cindy Turcotte to jail for being in contempt of court last week after a breath test showed Turcotte’s blood alcohol level was above the legal limit for driving a car when she appeared in state District Court in Tierra Amarilla to defend her client, Joey Garcia.
