(SUNfoto by Bill Rodgers) Police and emergency medical vehicles block off a section of El Llano Road in front of Española Valley High School around 9 a.m. June 22 after 911 dispatchers received two calls for incidents that happened just a few yards away from each other. One call was about a motor vehicle accident on the road and the other was about a man with blue lips who had possibly overdosed. Officers at the scene said the man was revived.
