According to Española 911 Center dispatch logs, a caller said he was passing Walgreens when a 21-year-old woman he was with began to overdose, possibly on heroin. The caller reported that the woman took a breath before he met with medics at the Chevron station, where she was treated and administered Narcan, the officers said.
