(SUNfoto by Nathan J. Comp) Española paramedics work to save the life of 23-year-old Michael Garcia Dec. 7 who allegedly was overdosing on heroin, according to the 911 call placed by his mother. Following the 20-minute rescue effort, which occurred in the middle of West Pueblo Road behind Fairview Pharmacy, Garcia came to and was transported to Española Hospital.
