Santiago Loya takes a break from web slinging to take candy from a parade participant at the Third Annual Harvest Parade. The parade started on Bond Street by the Plaza de Española, proceeded north on Coronado Avenue and finished at the Española YMCA Teen Center at Vietnam Veterans Memorial Road.
