(SUNfoto by Wheeler Cowperthwaite) A red sedan slammed into the side of a semitrailer turning right onto southbound Riverside Drive after the driver of the car ran a red light at the intersection of Fairview Lane and Riverside Drive at 10:26 a.m., Jan. 22, according to E911 Center dispatch logs. The driver of the sedan was unconscious and bleeding from the face, but breathing, when emergency responders got to him.
