(SUNfoto by Wheeler Cowperthwaite) District Judge Matthew Wilson inspects court filings in former judge Sheri Raphaelson’s vacated seat, Jan. 6 in Tierra Amarilla District Court. Wilson plodded his way through the small criminal docket, including arraignments, pre-trial hearings and a plea agreement.
