Teen Checks into Hospital Restroom for Free WiFi

A man was walking near Bond Street, when he found another man lying in a ditch, with shallow breathing. He administered the opiate overdose-reversing drug Narcan, and the overdoser woke up and ran off, according to E911 Dispatch Center logs.
