Los Ojos Man Sues County Detention Center

    A Los Ojos man filed suit, Jan. 4, against Rio Arriba County and New Mexico State Police, after Tierra Amarilla Detention Center personnel allegedly ignored his broken arm for two days, after he was booked following a car crash.…
