City Passes Fees to Customers

Española water and sewer customers will soon pay an additional $1.95 for credit card processing fees on their utility bills each month. Previously, the city government covered the cost of the fees, which totaled about $17,000 a year. The fee money will now go to Mike Filibeck’s company, Secure Payment Solutions.
