State Announces Three Rule Changes Set for Fall

The New Mexico Activities Association passed a new rule that allows the executive director, Sally Marquez, to penalize schools for actions that violate the association’s “Compete with Class” sportsmanship program. School’s are now responsible for the conduct of their fans and students, along with the coaches and players.
