The New Mexico Coalition for Literacy will hold its annual conference Sept. 7 at the Hyatt Regency in Albuquerque.
The all-day workshop includes workshops, speakers and lunch.
Registration begins at 8 a.m., followed by a welcome and keynote speech by Stephen Reder, author of “Transforming Adult Education with Data & Stories.”

Diana Molina, of the New Mexico Humanities Council, is the lunch speaker. She’ll speak on icons and symbols of the borderlands.
Following lunch is an awards ceremony for tutor and student of the year.
The day wraps up with a raffle.
