Española Police Department and New Mexico State Police officers on March 20 chased this driver south on North Riverside Drive and onto State Road 30 after the driver allegedly drove over the speed limit and failed to stop at a stop sign. Officers called off the pursuit minutes after the driver went outside city limits.
