Española School District's buses and other vehicles sit in the open by the District office. Superintendent Fred Trujillo suggested at the Board's Oct. 15 meeting that the District construct a fence around the area to deter vandalism and theft occurring. The previous night a truck was stolen from the yard and was found burning in La Puebla.
