Michelle Montoya attempted to cross in her Jeep Latitude (left) the southbound lane of North Paseo de Oñate as she exited North Coronado Avenue when she was struck by a GMC Sonoma (right), driven by Jose Roybal. Roybal left the scene before Española Police Officer Jerome Broyles could cite him so Broyles issued a summons to Roybal for no proof of insurance, driving on a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident prior to being cited.
