Caller from Psych Ward Sends Police on Hunt

Española Police Department officers and emergency medical personnel responded Feb. 25 to an E-911 call for an unresponsive man in the parking lot at a child care center off North Paseo de Oñate. The man was unhurt, and awaiting an incident report, it was not clear if he was transported to the emergency room.
