Former Jemez Mountain Electric Cooperative member-at-large John Tapia is specifically named in a lawsuit filed March 12 brought by a former employee for sexual discrimination. Former president Leo Marquez is also named. Dolores McCoy (right) is not named. The suit claims Tapia aided in the promotion of men to supervisory levels while the former employee was held back, while performing the duties of the position.
