‘Show and Shine’ Back at Plaza

Rachel and Joaquin Salazar came July 23, 2019 to the third annual Lowrider Day with friends and family. Española Lowrider Association President Joan Medina said she estimated attendees brought about 200 lowriders, classic cars and custom motorcycles to Saturday’s events.
