Council Tables Appeal for Trailer Variance

Jiron Street resident Randy Sandoval appeared before the Española City Council June 8 to appeal a variance decision made by the Planning and Zoning Committee. The Committee voted to not allow Sandoval to place a trailer on his property, which is zoned commercial. The Council went into executive session to discuss the issue. When it returned to open session the Council voted 7-1 to table the issue.
