It has been great to see the coverage of McCurdy Cheer.
I want to make sure that kudos go to Stephanie Martinez because the team wouldn’t exist without her. Stephanie worked hard to get the team going, to get herself certified and to get the training she needed.
Stephanie gives a ton of her time (spends her own money, too) and doesn’t even get a stipend for doing any of this extra work. She loves those kids and makes the team a home. I want to make sure she knows that she is appreciated and that she knows that her work has been noticed.
