The American Legion members of Post 17 will meet, along with the members of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 17, at 6 p.m. Sept. 4 for the monthly general membership meetings. Gala fundraiser
New Mexico Fight for Life announces the inaugural Gala Ball Fundraiser, an event dedicated to benefiting survivors of suicide, promoting suicide awareness and fostering prevention efforts within New Mexico communities. It will be at 6 p.m. Sept. 14 at Cities of Gold Hotel Ballroom, 10 Cities of Gold Road #A, Santa Fe. The event is for those 18 years old and above, attire is formal and there will be a dinner, dance, live music, cash bar, silent auction and guest speakers.
