The Sacred Heart Ladies Auxiliary in Los Alamos is seeking vendors for the Spring Arts and Crafts Fair to be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 11 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church’s Karen McLaughlin Hall. Curious About Your Family Tree?
Local Genealogist Dennis Tiede will be at the Bond Museum every Wednesday from 12-4. He will meet with participants and will guide them on a path to know more about their heritage. It is free. Tiede has been a hobby genealogist since 1985, is a member of the Genealogical Society of New Mexico and specializes in families of Northern New Mexico. He has his own database from his personal research and is excited to share what he knows with his community. Career Fair
SGA/PVMS will host a career fair on Friday in the gym and auditorium at Pojoaque Valley Middle School. Presenters are welcome for lunch at 11 a.m. in the library. A table will be provided for each presenter and students will visit booths from 12:15-2:15 p.m. They will have prepared questions to ask the presenters.
