(Courtesy photo) Scott Flury was selected by the community in 2004 to be Grand Marshall of the annual Chama Days parade. Flury moved to Chama after purchasing an available radio frequency and in 1999 opened Chama’s first radio station KFLH. The station became an important part of the community, broadcasting local high school athletic events and reporting on local government. Two years ago, Flury left the station and now works for the Apache Nugget Casino in Dulce. He was elected this year to the Chama Village Council.
