Celebrating Apples at Los Luceros

Mary and Ralph Vigil pick golden delicious apples from a tree, Sept. 25, at the historic Los Luceros property. The apples will end up in Mary’s recipes for apple pie and apple crisp. It was the first time the public has been allowed to freely pick from the orchard after the state bought the property.
