Work was scheduled to begin this week on the Cañones Creek Bridge on State Road 96, according to the state Highway Department.
Motorists should expect single-lane closures for the next three months. Delays should last between five to 10 minutes.
Crews will repalace bridge deck edges, joints and guardrails and complete other repairs.
