Market May Not be Suitable for Plaza de Española

Arsenio Martinez, manager of the Los Granjeros Community Market, presents his idea to the Española Community Services Committee, Sept. 27, to relocate the Market to the Plaza de Española. Martinez has a temporary permit to open the Market on the Plaza, on Saturdays, but he wants to have a more permanent agreement with the city for next year.
