Beer Stash
Monday, March 9
• 9:30 a.m. — A Lowe’s Super Save employee said she was afraid to walk out of the store because a man in an orange truck had been following her. “He’s just asking for cables, that’s all that’s going on here,” police noted in 911 dispatch logs adding the man was having trouble starting his car. “Apparently everyone was terrified.”
• 2:32 p.m. — A State Road 573 caller said she requested her cousin shovel her snow and “now he believes he can come and go as he pleases.” She said the cousin knocked down her door and replaced it with a plastic and particle board covering. No report was wanted; she just wanted the man removed.
• 4:30 p.m. — A North Orchard Drive caller said a possibly demented old woman was in his garage grabbing beers out of his fridge. She refused to be transported by police.
Bathroom Nap
Tuesday, March 10
• 3:16 p.m. — A Pacheco Lane caller said his mother was using his credit and debit cards. He said he was just released from jail and had planned to use his debit card but found no funds were available. Police assisted with the civil dispute.
• 4:20 p.m. — A Triple S gas station employee said there was a female prostitute outside.
• 6:44 p.m. — An Arby’s employee said a drunk man had been in the bathroom for quite some time and was possibly asleep. He was detoxed.
• 8:34 p.m. — A Private Drive 1533 caller said her cousin possibly hit her car and was peeling out as he left the area. She said if police didn’t find him, the next time he comes around she would destroy his vehicle.
Trimmer Rampage
Wednesday, March 11
• 9:33 a.m. — An East Buena Vista Street caller said she could hear a lot of cuss words and arguing coming from an apartment. Another caller said a shirtless man was outside swinging a tow chain. The shirtless man was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He became upset and claimed his neighbor took his car. However, he had no documentation for a vehicle and was drunk.
• 3:49 p.m. — A Highway 84/285 caller said his extremely drunk ex-girlfriend damaged his screen door and fence and was in the process of damaging his car. He said he took a pair of wire cutters away from her, and so she grabbed a pair of hedge trimmers. No report was taken.
• 10:53 p.m. — A Las Lomas Apartments caller said a man who is really violent and pounds on the roof for no apparent reason was yelling at the caller’s children. He couldn’t be found.
Dog Poisoning
Thursday, March 12
• 1:15 a.m. — A Private Drive 1607 caller said his sister, who lives in Oregon, called him 12 times in one night. He wanted police to advise her to stop calling.
• 9:30 a.m. — A Simmons Lane caller said her drug addicted friend was trying to leave, and she was scheduled to go to rehab the next day. Police assisted the caller.
• 5:44 p.m. — A County Road 59A caller said someone threw a bag of meat into her yard in an attempt to poison her dog. No report was taken.
• 6:48 p.m. — A County Road 1 caller said a man might be dealing drugs again, and people were hanging around his gate causing a ruckus. He couldn’t be found.

Friday, March 13
• 9:41 a.m. — A Mosaic employee said someone stole a $1,700 sound system for people with autism and an iPod for the handicapped.
• 10:26 a.m. — A Santa Clara Apartments caller said a man was passed out with his pants halfway off. He was detoxed.
• 2:35 p.m. — A County Road 297 caller said someone dumped trash on his property, and he wanted an officer to photograph the trash and find out who dumped it. No report was taken.
• 9:49 p.m. — A High Country liquor store employee said someone threatened to stab him, then left.
• 11:11 p.m. — A caller said her sisters were accusing her of stealing their mother’s television. She was advised not to answer the phone.
California Or Bust
Saturday, March 14
• 11:05 a.m. — A Highway 84/285 caller said he had been divorced from his wife for awhile, and she was still sending him text messages and calling him constantly. He said he was denied a restraining order against her.
• 12:04 p.m. — A caller said a woman was driving two people southbound on Highway 84 and was “insisting that she is driving them all to California and will not stop the vehicle.” Pojoaque Tribal Police stopped the vehicle and handled the call.
• 12:23 p.m. — A Boomerang Thrift Store caller said a man who smelled like he was intoxicated stopped to use the bathroom and left in his truck.
Druggy Peddling Jack
Sunday, March 15
• 4:42 a.m. — A caller said someone was whistling outside Holy Cross Catholic Church. Police found the door open and secured it.
• 5:50 p.m. — A Vista de Corral caller said a man who was possibly under the influence of narcotics was driving up and down the road at a high rate of speed and trying to sell a jack. He couldn’t be found.
