Police Blotter: Rio Arribans Ignore Property Law

(SUNfoto by Lou Mattei) Española Police officers Estevan Trujillo (left) and Michelle Talache investigate a two-vehicle crash Sept. 8 on Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park Road and Paseo de Oñate. Investigating officers said one of the drivers may have been intoxicated, but learned the woman had a history of seizures which could account for her slurred speech. One woman was transported to the hospital following the crash.
