Peeping Tom
Monday, Nov. 9
• 3:29 a.m. — A State Road 76 caller said someone outside her house knocked on her door and pointed a flashlight into the house. She said she heard something fall outside but at first thought she was dreaming, Then she heard a knock and became afraid. Police couldn’t find any criminal activity at the residence.
Rodney
Tuesday, Nov. 10
• 8 a.m. — A caller said when she arrived for work at the Rural Events Center, she noticed a car parked on the roadway. She said when she got out of her car, the other car drove away. She wanted a report made, but was told that wasn’t necessary. She was told to call back if the car reappeared.
• 12:16 p.m. — A State Road 150 caller said he found a wallet containing a driver’s license, credit cards and a check for $700.
• 8:15 p.m. — A Rio Arriba County Road 82 caller said she could hear a man and woman yelling at each other. The woman was yelling, “Rodney.”

Wednesday, Nov. 11
• 8:11 a.m. — A County Road 63 caller said she couldn’t find a black box containing money and thought someone stole it.
• 10:58 a.m. — A Calle Romero caller said a man was throwing items in the residence and yelling at his daughter. She said he might have been on drugs.
• 1 p.m. — A Private Drive 1152 caller said someone stole the propane tanks off his RV.
• 2:03 p.m. — A caller said he was at his parents’ house trying to get a part off his vehicle and his parents wouldn’t let him. He wanted the police to talk to his parents, but called back later saying everything was worked out.
• 2:48 p.m. — A man said when he pulled over in Chamita, a man and a little girl yelled at him.

Thursday, Nov. 12
• 10:13 a.m. — A Jackrabbit Trail caller said his neighbor was shooting cows and dogs. “There was a cow, but it was 10-4,” an officer recorded in 911 dispatch logs.
• 12:57 p.m. — A Mesa Vista School District bus driver said a parent was getting on the school bus. Police took a report.
Bad Apple
Friday, Nov. 13
• 9:33 a.m. — A Private Drive 1742 caller said her neighbor confessed to breaking into her house during the night. She said he is an absconder from parole.
• 2:02 p.m. — A State Road 68 caller said she had been feeding her neighbors’ dogs for the past few months because the neighbor hadn’t been taking care of them. The caller said when she last spoke to her neighbor he did not make sense and said she and her dog smelled like pastries. Police referred the call to animal control.
• 4:06 p.m. — A caller said two nervous and suspicious individuals were hanging around the Stop and Eat Drive-In. They eventually left.
• 4:28 p.m. — A Barbee Street caller said a child wearing a Denver Nuggets jersey was throwing apples at their truck.
• 10:18 p.m. — An Española Hospital employee said a patient was being belligerent with the staff.
Man’s Wife, Girlfriend Face Off
Saturday, Nov. 14
• 8:50 a.m. — A caller said she was at the County Road 155 house of the man she is seeing, and his wife showed up and blocked her car in.
• 11:05 a.m. — A State Road 110 caller said her 16-year-old son stole a container of gasoline.
• 3:57 p.m. — A Highway 84/285 caller said his landlord was making derogatory comments about him.
• 6:10 p.m. — A Paseo de Oñate caller said her unwanted mother refused to leave. She said her mother was sober and unarmed. The caller was yelling, hard to understand and claiming her mother doesn’t care about her and kept calling her ugly.
• 9:03 p.m. — A County Road 41 caller said her son had her credit card in the kitchen, wouldn’t return it and was threatening to burn down the house.
• 10:56 p.m. — A Calle Chacoma Vista caller said someone egged his car and house.
Muni Court Burning Rubber
Sunday, Nov. 15
• 1:57 a.m. — A caller said he saw a man who was on “America’s Most Wanted” walking on Calle del Pajarito. The caller didn’t have any further information, and the man couldn’t be found.
• 1:26 p.m. — A caller said her father was assaulting her with a lamp.
• 3:46 p.m. — A caller said Española Municipal Court smelled like rubber. The Fire Department checked the court for the smell but did not notice any odor.
• 6 p.m. — A Santa Clara Apartments caller said her neighbors kept harassing her by walking by her door and coughing. No report was wanted.
• 7:54 p.m. — A caller said a man in a white Ford came up to his sister at Wal-Mart and showed her his private parts. He left the area.
• 10:29 p.m. — A Vista del Norte apartments caller said a drunk-sounding man kept calling and asking for Tanya. She said she changed her number, and he somehow got her new one. While police were taking the report, the man called again, and the officer advised him not to be calling anymore.
