The federal Bureau of Land Management plans to conduct three prescribed burns in north central New Mexico during January.
The burns will take place: west of Copper Hill by Chamisal; Arroyo de Plaza west of Espanola; and northwest of Wind
Mountain near Tres Piedras. Weather permitting, burn operations could be on any day between Tuesday and Jan. 31.
