A Rio Arriba County grand jury issued indictments Sept. 18 for the following individuals:
• Eric Madison, 42, of Fairview, for two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Madison was arrested March 14 and allegedly had cocaine and hashish in his possession.
• Brandon Maestas, 23, of Española, for distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.
Maestas was arrested March 14 and allegedly had marijuana, hashish with intent to distribute and drug paraphernalia.
• Dora Martinez, 45, of Chimayó, for forgery.
Martinez allegedly wrote a check for $140 from the account of Leonard Herran March 27.
• Manuel Martinez, 49, of Coyote, for three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Martinez allegedly assaulted Jose and Andrea Martinez and Gilberto Serrano with a firearm July 1.
• Lionel Martinez, 33, of Albuquerque, for larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Martinez allegedly stole a generator from Donna Casados March 26 and was found with drug paraphernalia.
• Robert Martinez, 21, of Alcalde, for aggravated fleeing and two counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer.
Martinez allegedly assaulted two Española Police officers and tried to flee from them June 28.
• Jacinth Galloway, 28, of Albuquerque, for battery, negligent use of a deadly weapon, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Galloway allegedly assaulted Basilio Sedillo May 29.
