We lost our home, shop/garage and two cars at 3:30 a.m., March 2 due to an electrical fire. We had lived in the house for 35 years. We were stunned and horrified at the damage and the loss of everything for which we have worked so hard.
We would like to thank our family, friends, neighbors and strangers who came to help. It is truly amazing how generous, loving and caring our community is. Special thanks to the fire department, Red Cross and all the people who brought food and necessities, gift cards, and donations to our GoFundMe page. Words can’t express our gratitude.
The cleanup by all the people who came with tractors, dump trucks and a skid steer was truly amazing. Our cleanup continues.
